The Center for Career & Life Planning at Rollins College is seeking an Associate Director of Employer & Alumni Connections to join their team! The Associate Director of Employer & Alumni Connections is a full-time staff member whose primary responsibility will be to create a robust employer and alumni engagement strategy to enhance the employer recruitment program for students and graduates.
This role will focus on cultivating and expanding employer partnership to source internships, mentorship, shadowing and job opportunities; plan and implement recruitment initiatives and events; establish and monitor campus recruitment policies; and oversee data collection and assessment of employer connection initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with on and off campus partners, such as students, faculty, administrators, alumni and friends of the college to provide robust professional and industry programming.
