The Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadershipwithin the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins Collegeis seeking a Grants and Special Projects Manager! The Grants and Special Projects Manager position encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities including but not limited to: oversight of the American Rescue Plan Act grant with Orange County Government; strong program and project management to meet program deliverables through the learning engagement platform, instructors, and associated events in partnership with the Senior Program Manager; participation in management of independent contractors; representation of EBI in the community; provide management assistance for nonprofits.

Positional Grant Funding Details:

This position is funded through a federal grant from the U.S. Department of the Treasury & Orange County Government. Currently the grant is approved through February 2026. Thus, the continuation of this position is based on satisfactory performance as well as the continuation of available funding.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Oversight of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant with Orange County Government.
Oversee and manage all aspects related to the American Rescue Plan Act grant implementation, progress monitoring, evaluation, reporting, documentation of compliance with funder guidelines, and financial management from award to closeout, working closely with the EBI Senior Accountant.
Ensure ethical, efficient and effective ARPA grant management, aligned with requirements of the funders, Rollins College, and national standards.
Ensure ARPA budget spending is compliant and on schedule.
Work in partnership with the EBI Senior Accountant to ensure timely reimbursement requests.
Ensure ARPA spending is compliant with the approved budget and on schedule.
Work with marketing, overseeing communication to ensure strong and effective messaging and branding of the partnership.
Ensure nonprofits are recruited for each phase of the project with professional networking and customer service.
Develop quarterly, mid-term and reports to submit in accordance with grant requirements.
Assist with strong program and project management to meet program deliverables through the learning engagement platform, instructors, and associated events in partnership with the Senior Program Manager.
Identify instructors and coaches, while assisting with building bench strength.
Support learning engagement platform integration into the Edyth Bush Institute business.
Develop and execute evaluation of participants, program, and learning engagement system.
Oversee program management, including ensuring event logistics and execution with excellence.
Participate in management of independent contractors funded through the ARPA grant.
Provide management assistance for nonprofits within their area of expertise.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 3 years of nonprofit experience.
Experience in grant management and/or government grant management.
Ability to lead and facilitate groups, understanding of group dynamics.
Thorough knowledge of the nonprofit sector and nonprofit organization management including board governance and management.
Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible project managementexperience; with customer service experience.
Posses intellectual curiosity and commitment to excellence; commitment to the College's core values.
Ability to work independently, as well as with team of colleagues, possessing stronginterpersonal and relationship building skills.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite and web research.
Strongmulti-tasking, organization, and project/time management skills in order to balance multiple complex projects at one time.
Strongattention to detail, proactive approach to problem-solving, strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong and effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a positive demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in evaluation, outcome measurement, reporting, and budgeting.
Experience in teaching and/or training.
Experience in curriculum development.

Work Environment:
Campus-based, front-facing customer service position, working in an office environment.
Work requires visual strain and use of computer.
Travel to outside meetings, trainings, etc. throughout the state.
