Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support to ABE/HSE/ELA students and staff by performing intake, assessment, placement, registration and state reporting services. Assist with the overall data clerical operation of the Illinois Community College Board Data and Information System Illinois (DAISI). Responsible for data entry to maintain DAISI database for agency reporting.
Qualifications:
- Education
- High School diploma or GED certificate required.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Experience
- One (1) year experience working in an office environment required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- More than two (2) years' experience in an office environment preferred.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Working Conditions:
Part-Time Work Schedule:
Evening Hours - Monday thru Thursday - 1:00pm - 7:00pm
Hiring Range:
Classified 8 Hourly/17.01 - 17.50
