Job Summary


The Title III Project Manager is a full-time, twelve-month, five-year grant funded position that reports to the Provost & Vice President of Academic Affairs. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the U.S. Department of Education Title III grant to achieve the project's goals and objectives. This position will develop the project workplan; collaborate with faculty and staff to implement the workplan; monitor project budget, progress and performance; and prepare reports.

Minimum Qualifications


  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in higher education, budget management, and project development and implementation


Preferred Qualifications


  • A master's degree is preferred
  • Direct experience with higher education administration, grant implementation and management
  • Title III is preferred
