Serving as the Senior Director of Development for TFT, you will develop and execute long- and short-term strategies to secure major gifts from individuals, alumni, foundations, and other entities in support of the school's vision and strategic plan. In coordination with your senior staff colleagues, you will identify, cultivate, solicit and steward major gift prospects ($50,000 and up), with an emphasis on student support, faculty support and endowments at $100,000 and up. Fundraising efforts will include the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of prospects/donors with an emphasis on major gifts and endowment gifts. You will manage a portfolio of 100+ donors and prospects in support of development goals and will engage in frequent interaction with donors and volunteers. As Senior Director, you will work with the Dean, Assistant Dean, Development & Alumni Affairs, Department Chairs, faculty, volunteers, and other UCLA leaders to further the development program of the School.

Special Instructions:
The target salary range for this position is between the posted minimum and $11,666.67 monthly.
